So the bridge that collapsed in Minneapolis 13 months ago was rebuilt and just re-opened. That then begs the question why in Cleveland for road and infrastructure projects it takes painful years and extended months to get these completed? For example it is criminal and pathetic that a simple section of 271 N / S would take 4+ months to repave and it would take the Euclid Corridor years to improve. Politics, Corruption, and just plain slow processes.
